Monday

  6 AM   Morning Melta variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism   
 
  7 AM Morning Melt 2 ! a variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism
 
  9 AM  Morning Movement-cardio ,strength, core, balance and stretch for all levels
 
  10 AM  Express Fit-This 30 minute class is designed to provide a quick, effective workout that targets all major muscle groups while improving overall strength, endurance and flexibility. Perfect for busy individuals who want to maximize their workout in a short amount of time. Perfect for all levels!
 
  4 PM-Full Body Chisel & Burn- includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight    exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
 
 5 PM  Dance Party Fitness-Move and burn calories to your favorite songs in this fun,  easy to follow, energetic dance workout!
 
6 PM  30 Min HIIT Fit- Format includes strength, cardio, core and will blast calories and tone your beautiful body.

Tuesday

 9 AM Stride & Strength -Move/walk 2 1/2 miles plus full body toning
 
5 PM  Cardio Kick n Corefun high energy with kickboxing intervals!                
 
 6 PM Barre full body strength w/ low impact ballet inspired moves 

Wednesday

6 AM   Morning Melta variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism      
 
7 AM —Morning Melt 2 ! a variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism
 
9 AM   (Fun)ctional Fitness – overall strength/cardio/balance for all levels
 
5:00 PM  Zumba-burn calories dancing to  favorite beats

6:00 PM   Yoga Stretch and Flow – blend of stretch, strength & balance
 

Thursday

9 AM– Rotating Schedule
 
5 PM Pilates Fusion full body strength workout w/ cardio & core moves                              
 
6 PM    Cardio & Core Crush 30 – mix of intense, dynamic core-stabilizing exercises and cardiovascular endurance to get the blood flowing and heart rate elevated.
 
6:45  PM Meditation & Breathwork

9 AM Gentle Yoga  An energizing yoga flow which connects breath to movement and is designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance. All levels welcome!
