Tuesday

  9 AM Stride & Strength -Move/walk 2 1/2 miles plus full body toning
 
5 PM  Cardio Kick n Corefun high energy with kickboxing intervals!   
            Rotates with Step & Sculpt     
 
 6 PM Barre Express/Butts & Guts

Wednesday

5:00 PM  Zumba-burn calories dancing to  favorite beats

9 AM– Rotating Schedule
 
5 PM Pilates Fusion full body strength workout w/ cardio & core moves                              
 
6 PM    Stride & Strength – Walk indoor for 2-3 miles while strengthing and toning your full body
 

Friday

 6 AM   Morning Melta variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism
 
7  AM Morning Melt 2!- a variety of workouts to supercharge your metabolism
 
9 AM    Barrefull body strength workout w/ low impact ballet inspired moves
